Responsibilities

• Contact groups to collect past due insurance premiums and claims according to established guidelines.
• Research the validity of past due and disputed debts.
• Generate demand letters for overdue payments.
• Prepare reports reflecting the status of credit and collection activities for management review.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of commercial debt collection experience, or a combination of education and experience providing an equivalent background.
