About the position

As the Senior Director of Consumer Product Management for our Moen Brand, you will guide our product management function focused on retail and e-commerce channels. You will oversee the full product lifecycle-from concept to commercialization-ensuring alignment with business strategy and consumer needs. You'll collaborate across teams in Marketing, Sales, Innovation, RGM, Finance, and Operations to create differentiated, high-impact consumer product strategies. You'll play a critical role in shaping the product roadmap, identifying market opportunities, and championing innovation to drive Moen's growth across omnichannel retail partners. Position location: This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule based out of Deerfield, IL. Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage Moen's omnichannel product strategy to support business objectives, category growth, and retail partner success.
  • Guide, manage, and coach a high-performing team of product managers across all stages of the product lifecycle-concept development, launch, and portfolio optimization.
  • Define and manage the product roadmap across retail and e-commerce channels (e.g., big-box retailers, Amazon, Wayfair).
  • Build strong relationships with retail customers to understand their strategies, shopper behavior, and emerging trends.
  • Utilize consumer insights, analytics, and market intelligence to shape category leadership and differentiation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Innovation, Supply Chain, RGM, and Finance to ensure integrated go-to-market execution.
  • Support product line reviews and joint business planning with key customers.
  • Identify white space opportunities and innovation platforms to expand Moen's reach and strengthen consumer value propositions.
  • Partner with peers in Wholesale channels to develop a Product Management Center of Excellence within the Moen business unit.
  • Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability across your team and the broader business.
