The Senior Director, Digital Product Management is a leadership role within the Guardant Health Oncology Product Department, which is responsible for product portfolio strategy and new product introduction for all product lines in the oncology division. The Department comprises both data and assay products across therapy selection and disease monitoring assets, including integration of assets through external-facing digital products and infrastructure. We are seeking an exceptional leader to own our Guardant Oncology digital product strategy. In this role, you will work at the intersection of software, data, engineering, and the user experience as the accountable leader for all digital product initiatives from inception through execution to outcome. Individually, you will own the oncology digital product portfolio strategy and implementation plan, integrating the competitive and technology landscapes, customer needs, and business priorities into concrete initiatives with defined business outcomes. Together with senior engineering leads, you will organize and plan implementation programs for each major initiative, mapping general architecture, resourcing, and delivery requirements. Lastly, you will directly manage a team of digital platform leads, to execute on those programs and ensure on-time, on-budget, and on-spec delivery.
