About the position

The position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in wealth management and the ability to manage large, complex projects that span multiple teams and business units. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the wealth advice proposition and the needs of investors, particularly high-net-worth individuals. This role involves leading the development of marketing strategies and collateral aimed at consumers, as well as deploying advanced technology to optimize sales processes. The candidate will also be responsible for managing channel partnerships and ensuring alignment with business objectives through effective resource allocation and budget management.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate and manage multiple large projects connecting various teams and business units.
  • Lead the wealth management strategy and understand investor needs.
  • Advance communication strategies with investors to select preferred wealth advisory solutions.
  • Direct the creation of tools, processes, and best practices for a team of registered individuals.
  • Develop marketing collateral and sales playbooks targeting high-net-worth individuals.
  • Deploy state-of-the-art technology to manage a digital sales funnel.
  • Attract and manage channel partnerships with national financial organizations.
  • Oversee product strategy, build, roll-out, and ongoing development.
  • Set program priorities and develop a shared vision to optimize team performance.
  • Recruit, direct, motivate, and develop team members for maximum contribution.
  • Implement new processes and policies for program operationalization.
  • Mitigate regulatory, legal, and reputational risks while maintaining a commercial mindset.
  • Ensure client focus by understanding and addressing the needs of clients and partners.
  • Develop and execute a successful channel sales strategy.
  • Encourage innovation and collaboration within the team.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree preferred; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent required.
  • 15 years of experience in developing relationships with advice professionals.
  • Proven track record of leading advice or advice-adjacent business.
  • Experience building large initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
  • Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to relate to people at all levels.
  • Industry licenses including Series 7, 65, and Series 24.

  • Advanced professional designation/certification preferred (e.g., CFP, CFA, JD, or CPA).
