About the position

F1 Arcade is looking for a strategic, energetic, and highly organized Senior Experiential Marketing Manager (SEMM) to lead guest engagement and brand activation efforts across multiple U.S. markets. Based in Washington, D.C., you'll oversee a growing team of local Experiential Marketing Managers and ensure each venue delivers consistent, high-impact, on-brand experiences that drive footfall, revenue, and community buzz.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, coach, and grow a team of Experiential Marketing Managers across key markets.
  • Work with US Head of Marketing to set KPIs, provide ongoing feedback, and ensure alignment with national marketing objectives.
  • Foster collaboration across teams, standardize EMM processes to maintain creative excellence, operational efficiency, and brand consistency.
  • Own and execute localized marketing strategies, identifying new growth opportunities, amplifying national campaigns at the local level, and ensuring on-brand execution.
  • Oversee the full production cycle for campaigns, including obtaining approvals, asset delivery, and roll-out across digital, in-venue, and OOH platforms.
  • Build meaningful relationships with local community & culture organizations, local sports teams, non-profits, media outlets, and key businesses.
  • Actively seek co-marketing collaborations and B2B collaborations that support business goals.
  • Work closely with Sales to unlock lead-gen opportunities and promote F1 Arcade to corporate and event bookers.
  • Collaborate with the US Social team to guide local influencer programming, capture and create social content, and community and brand storytelling.
  • Manage a roster of local creators, brief and schedule content shoots, and ensure all content aligns with brand tone and quality.
  • Partner with the People team to showcase culture and employee experiences.
  • Lead planning and execution of ticketed events, Watch Parties, promotional activations, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Own end-to-end logistics, from vendor management to event promotion, and hit key KPIs for ticket sales, attendance, and social engagement.
  • Ensure all F1 Arcade events are highly visible across all marketing channels, promotional websites and community and event calendars.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams, Sales, Operations, Digital, and PR, to maximize impact across every guest and brand touchpoint.
  • Source and activate local marketing opportunities tied to events, holidays, F&B moments, and seasonal happenings to keep F1 Arcade top of mind year-round.
  • Work closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to analyze campaign performance, track ROI, and make data-informed recommendations.
  • Deliver regular reports on local marketing activities and identify opportunities to refine tactics and improve execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Marketing, Experiential Marketing, Brand Activation, and/or Event Production and Promotion
  • 3+ years in restaurant or hospitality management
  • Experienced team leader with a track record of managing people and projects
  • Collaborative, data-driven, and passionate about hospitality and immersive experiences
  • Highly aware and adaptable with strong ability to identify any potential issues, communicate them and propose solutions and/or pivot
  • Highly organized and effective with time management
