Responsibilities
- Translate designs and style guides provided by the UI/UX team into functional user interfaces
- Optimize front-end for performance
- Work with people who care deeply about quality code
- Make fundamental architectural decisions
- Learn new things and mentor others
Requirements
- Have 6+ years of development experience in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Expert knowledge of JavaScript/HTML/CSS
- Experience working with Typescript
- Experience with modern JS libraries and frameworks (React)
- Solid communication and responsiveness skills
- A drive for exploration, quick learning, and attention to detail
- Practical knowledge of testing, continuous delivery, and version control systems
- Ability to work autonomously and finding a way out of being stuck
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with telecom, communication, or messaging platforms
- Exposure to early-stage startups or high-growth companies, with a passion for driving results in these environments
