About the position

The Sr. Manager of Sales Operations at Checkr is a strategic leadership role focused on optimizing the sales operations for Enterprise and Strategic Accounts. This position is crucial for ensuring the sales organization operates efficiently, supporting high-value account teams in achieving their revenue targets through effective strategy implementation, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement sales strategies and operational plans to meet revenue objectives.
  • Identify and refine sales processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
  • Drive improvements in sales productivity by simplifying and automating processes.
  • Provide input to the development and delivery of sales reports and dashboards, offering insights based on data analysis.
  • Manage and improve forecasting processes to ensure accurate sales projections.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and optimize sales initiatives.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions to adapt strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales operations, rev operations, consulting or similar.
  • Proven track record of successful sales operations management and strategy implementation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools and technologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and results-driven environment.
