We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and data-driven lifecycle marketing leader to own and optimize our member journeys — from nurturing and converting top-to-mid funnel leads into first-time patients to driving engagement and retention throughout the entire lifecycle. You will partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Data, and Clinical teams to deliver high-impact, personalized campaigns that drive measurable growth and enhance member experience. As the Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel strategies, building automated journeys, running rigorous experimentation, and continuously improving performance through data-driven insights. This role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution, ideal for a lifecycle marketer passionate about both scaling programs and diving into details.
