Capital One CreditWise offers free access to credit score, credit reports, credit monitoring to all US consumers. As a Senior Manager, Product Manager for CreditWise, you and your team will own and execute on our credit monitoring strategy. Specifically, you'll try to improve customer outcomes related to their credit health by building tools that help them achieve their credit goals, making it easier for them to monitor changes to their credit, and providing them insights around what impacts their credit. You will deliver critical projects like our FICO credit score transition and adjust our in-app journey to accommodate new features that help us deliver on our 2030 vision. You will look for opportunities to deepen our engagement with our users and give them reasons to come back to CreditWise.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute on the credit monitoring strategy for CreditWise.
- Improve customer outcomes related to their credit health by building tools.
- Deliver critical projects like the FICO credit score transition.
- Adjust the in-app journey to accommodate new features.
- Deepen engagement with users to encourage return visits to CreditWise.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management.
- A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field or a Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.
