An established, rapidly growing ecommerce company is looking for a visionary, data-driven, and brand-obsessed Senior Marketing Director to take the lead in continuing our rapid growth trajectory across five direct-to-consumer brands. Responsibilities

  • Own digital marketing strategy and performance across platforms like Shopify and Amazon, focusing on driving both top-line growth and bottom-line results.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a talented team of marketers and creatives, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement bold, cohesive marketing strategies across five unique brands—from customer acquisition to retention and loyalty.
  • Identify and deploy cutting-edge tools to personalize campaigns, automate content, and deepen customer insights.
  • Maintain and evolve each brand’s voice and visual identity, ensuring consistency and excellence across all channels.
  • Translate data into insight-driven marketing that resonates with customer behaviors, needs, and preferences.
  • Partner with product, IT, operations, creative, and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with broader business goals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of D2C ecommerce marketing experience, with at least 3 in a senior leadership role—experience in lifestyle, home, or furniture categories is a plus.
  • Proven ability to scale ecommerce brands through smart, performance-driven marketing.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing, conversion funnels, and customer journey optimization.
  • Experience implementing AI, automation, and data tools to drive efficiency and insight.
  • Exceptional team leadership skills, with a collaborative, empowering management style.
  • A natural storyteller with strong communication skills and a love for brand-building.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
