About the position

Cyara is looking for a Sr. Marketing Operations Manager who will be responsible for building, managing and executing marketing campaigns in Marketo. This role is expected to leverage AI and automation as well as modern developer and AI tools to maximize scale, scope and effectiveness of campaigns and activities. If you live at the leading edge of tech, are passionate about modern marketing operations tools, AI, automation, integrations and have a working understanding of lead lifecycles and practical sales and marketing processes, we want to hear from you. You will help us drive strong outbound campaigns and implement strategies to generate opportunities and revenue. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as your monitor and report on the success of your marketing efforts and make data driven decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for building and managing Marketing Programs via Marketo, 6Sense and leveraging other Marketing tools.
  • Leverage modern, developer-friendly tools such as data management and automation platforms to build a highly efficient, scalable, and customizable marketing and sales automation ecosystem.
  • Segmentation strategies including data enrichment, content personalization and customization at scale.
  • Email and campaign coordination as Single Point of Contact.
  • Managing the Marketing Calendar of campaign activity.
  • Leveraging AI and automation to shape and execute scalable solutions for ABX related use cases.
  • Running experiments to optimize content, whitespace messaging, targeting and more.
  • Leveraging intent data and driving lead nurturing and lead lifecycle programming leveraging AI and automation.
  • Be a thought leader about applying AI and automation across other marketing teams including Growth Marketing, Product Marketing and creative.
  • Working to help shape supports for SDR initiatives.
  • Build and continuously approve agile processes, best practices, templates and checklists.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations, required.
  • Deep knowledge of Marketo (Measure and Engage), 6Sense, and Salesforce required.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
  • Account Based Marketing experience required.
  • Passion for AI and automation and hands on experience with exploring GitHub for the latest open-source tools, integrations, and community-driven projects.
  • A working knowledge of innovative promotional offerings, sales and marketing aligned plays as well as online and offline marketing campaigns is essential.
  • Experience driving marketing operations / demand generation strategies in a B2B software company.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit rooted in strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with private equity firms or in a private equity-backed company is a plus.
  • Self-starter that takes initiative to do what is needed and can see the big picture/long term strategy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
