Senior Product Designer

About the position

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to help execute on our vision to eliminate the inefficiencies of freight. As a Senior Product Designer you will own product and design initiatives from end to end. You'll help craft meaningful experiences that are engaging, thoughtful and reflect TruckSmarter's values as a human-centered technology company. Working model: TruckSmarter offers a hybrid, in-office collaborative culture. This role is based out of our downtown San Francisco office, and requires in-office presence three days per week (typically Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays).

Responsibilities

• Own product and design initiatives from end to end.
• Craft meaningful experiences that reflect TruckSmarter's values.
• Produce high quality work from wireframes and user flows to pixel perfect design.
• Work cross-functionally with the team to shape the product from strategy to execution.
• Empathize with the user and advocate for user experience.
• Provide and solicit feedback from peers to raise the bar for quality.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in product design.
• Ability to practice empathy and understand the impact of designs on users.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a love for challenges.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
• Willingness to show work frequently and accept feedback.
