After deliberately keeping a stealth profile as we built up unprecedented investor support and an enthusiastic user base, we are looking for motivated individuals to help us keep our mission growing. Will you be a part of the team? Flex has already proven product-market fit with our core rent-payment product—but we’re just scratching the surface of what we can offer renters. You’ll help translate what we’ve learned so far into the next wave of consumer features that increase engagement, retention, and trust. Working closely with a cross-functional squad, you’ll scope, prioritize, and ship the highest-leverage improvements that renters (and the business) will feel immediately. This is a hybrid position with on-site expectations of 3 days per week in our New York Headquarters.
