As a product manager for Advanced URL Filtering, you will own and execute the strategy for the web security market. You will play a key role in building the next generation of threat detection and prevention services from modern day AI generated attacks. Your responsibilities will include defining and delivering the overall Adv. URL Filtering Roadmap. You will work on the best web threats detection technology and support its next phase of growth. Your product and threat research engineering team is the best in this business with long tenured engineers.

Responsibilities

  • Define sophisticated frameworks to prioritize new capabilities, bringing in insights from customers and threat landscape to keep ahead of web-based malicious attacks and measuring ROI for new features.
  • Deeply understand the customer environment, threat landscape and be seen as a strategic advisor.
  • Correlate technical designs with customer experience to influence new designs and capabilities.
  • Lead setting product vision and strategy with Engineering team and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Identify where a new or significantly improved product is needed to meet customer needs or fill a gap in the market.
  • Lead building product roadmap and drive long term product plans.
  • Achieve desired outcomes in highly complex environments within stipulated timelines.
  • Utilize data analytics to monitor and analyze operational metrics, identifying trends, anomalies, and areas for improvements.
  • Act as a key interface between customers, sales, and engineering, effectively communicating product value, competitive differentiation, and implementation best practices.
  • Proactively drive holistic product positioning and product launch plans.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in product management, preferably within the cybersecurity threat environment or experience with URL Filtering products, NGFW or SWG.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to drive decisions.
  • Deep understanding of threat landscape and network security.
  • Ability to understand complex engineering designs, cloud infrastructure needs and the processes to build enterprise product (agile).
  • Proven ability to deeply understand customer pain points, analyze complex challenges, and clearly articulate problem statements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering - advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus or equivalent military experience.
