The Senior Product Manager for the Immunoassay Business Unit will drive the growth for a next-generation immunoassay platform which includes assays, software, and instrument. The Senior Product Manager joins a rapidly growing and dynamic business unit within the Analytical Solutions Division.

Responsibilities

  • Develop short and long-term strategic growth plans and prioritization for the product line.
  • Understand the market landscape including identifying target customers and their unmet needs, understanding barriers to adoption and develop ideas to address, and understanding competitive situation to develop innovative and differentiated product roadmaps.
  • Work with the marketing organization to develop strategic marketing and launch plans which achieve business goals.
  • Conduct product training to relevant sales and marketing teams globally.
  • Set pricing strategy.
  • Prepare and present quarterly Business Reviews to the management team.

Requirements

  • BS in a Biological Science required (MS, PhD preferred), MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience working in the biotech or life sciences industry.
  • Relevant laboratory or technical experience preferred.
