Under the supervision of the Director, Product Marketing, the Senior Product Marketing Manager, Asia will serve as a core member of the marketing team to define the fundamentals of digital growth marketing that impact consumers and the business. Telecommuting is available based on manager approval from anywhere in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing campaigns based on insights and industry trends to improve customer acquisition efforts on digital channels, collaborating across marketing teams.
  • Conduct market campaign measurements and test research methods to support customer acquisition efforts.
  • Devise and evaluate internal data and platform to implement campaign analyses.
  • Analyze marketing campaigns to create and implement optimization recommendations.
  • Provide management with information and proposals, identifying marketing strategies and evaluating the best methods to implement marketing procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Market Research, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience with building business cases for the development of new features and customer experiences.
  • 3 years of experience with building integrated marketing launch plans for new promotions, new products, or new campaigns.
  • 3 years of experience with leading stakeholder management, especially working with Product, Analysts, and various Marketing stakeholders.
  • 3 years of experience with managing key accounts, customer acquisition and digital campaign management for new and existing clients on website, paid social and paid search.
  • 3 years of experience with customer acquisition strategy development and retention marketing.
  • 3 years of experience working with cross-functional technical and non-technical teams.
  • 1 year of experience as a People Manager.
  • 1 year of experience with Tableau, Google Marketing Platform, and basic SQL.
