Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling content such as collaterals, blog posts, email newsletters, web page content, videos and customer case studies, to promote the product.
  • Define the product's unique value proposition and craft compelling messaging to resonate with target audiences. Understand ICP and target messages accordingly.
  • Work closely with the PM team to understand product differentiators and develop applicable launch materials including data sheets, PR announcements, web content, etc.
  • Aid demand gen efforts by assisting Growth Marketing (digital/social and field marketing functions) and SDRs with compelling and differentiated messaging and creative campaign ideas. Be a SME resource for them for collaboration, education, reviews, etc.
  • Develop sales enablement tools such as use cases, ROI/RFP templates, presentations, FAQs, industry/vertical market solution overviews, competitive analysis, and more.
  • On occasion, represent Sentra as product marketing expert in various events including trade shows, conferences, customer and partner forums, sales/executive meetings, etc. Effectively communicate the product's value proposition/USP to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct research to understand the target audience, market trends, and competitive landscape. Assess market movements and recommend strategies to take advantage.
  • From time to time, assist with Sentra initiatives such as thought leadership articulation, Sentra PoV (ex. rapid PR response), investment activities, and other opportunities that may arise.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Product Marketing experience in B2B software or cloud technologies
  • 2+ years of cyber security experience
  • Product Launch and enablement experience
  • Undergrad degree required; MBA preferred
