About the position

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Particle Health, you’ll play a critical role in driving growth and expanding our presence in the healthcare data analytics space. You’ll own and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies—from crafting differentiated positioning and messaging, to launching new products, to fueling deeper product engagement through compelling content and campaigns. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing to influence feature development, create impactful sales enablement tools, and amplify our market presence, and you’ll drive initiatives that demonstrate a deep understanding of customer needs and set Particle apart from competitors. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and is excited to help shape the future of the healthcare industry. This is a hybrid role based in New York City or San Francisco. The team works in-office two days per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays), so applicants must be located within commuting distance and comfortable with in-person collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of product marketing efforts for Particle’s offering suite, with responsibility for driving end-to-end go-to-market efforts
  • Develop customer-facing product messaging and positioning that sets us apart from competitors and demonstrates understanding of our customers’ needs
  • Lead product launches and be a partner to the Product team to track launch success metrics
  • Drive deeper engagement of our product through building strategy for and execution of educational and data-driven content, including blog posts, case studies, white papers, FAQs, and webinars
  • Partner with the Marketing team to develop and launch ad campaigns
  • Work with Particle’s Sales team to develop impactful enablement resources and arm the team to better position ourselves against other competitors and products

Requirements

  • 5+ years in product marketing, product management or operational roles (strong preference for healthcare background)
  • Strong ability to navigate complex and ambiguous situations across a fast-growing organization
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new products and industries—unafraid to dive into the nitty gritty technical details
  • Data-minded with strong analytical capabilities – ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs and product launches.
  • Proven success communicating nuanced value propositions and ROI across varied use cases—especially those focused on improving patient outcomes and driving economic value
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex content into a clear and cohesive story to gain both internal and external buy-in
  • Proven ability to uncover and deeply understand the needs and desires of customers and translate those learnings into product and go-to-market strategies
  • Intellectual curiosity and a passion for transforming the healthcare industry
