gTech’s Product and Tools Operations team (gPTO) leverages deep user, operational, and technical insights to innovate Google's Ads products into customer experiences that are so intuitive (or automated) that they require no support at all. gPTO partners closely with gTech’s Support, Professional Services, Product Management, and Engineering teams to innovate and simplify our Ads products and build the productivity tools ecosystem for gTech users. Global Demand Operations and Marketer Enablement (DOME) enables Cloud Marketing's Global Demand Engine through building and running capabilities and services. These enable marketers to execute their marketing, drive more impact, and make better decisions. We measure our success based on marketer satisfaction & adoption, business impact, and efficiency. We also love building these things on the same technology that we sell to our customers, Google Cloud Platform. In this role, you will partner with different Google teams to help develop and execute the MarTech product vision and strategy, creating a clear roadmap aligned with our ambitious business goals. Crucially, you will be expected to leverage our AI tools to amplify your own impact, fundamentally accelerating & improving how you execute your day-to-day work. Your goal is to remove the drudgery from how marketers execute their work, allowing them to spend more time on high-value marketing and less time fighting with tools or processes. You will be directly accountable for delivering on key outcomes—increasing marketer impact, boosting efficiency, improving the customer experience, and achieving high user adoption and satisfaction—while building a platform that is both powerful and intuitive.
