About the position
As a Senior Product UI/UX Designer at Socure, you’ll shape the look and feel of our identity fraud prevention solutions. You’ll work cross-functionally to deliver intuitive, user-centered experiences that support customer success and digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Lead Design Excellence: Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs across devices.
- Champion UX: Advocate for user needs through research, usability testing, and data analysis.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to align design with strategic goals.
- Drive System Thinking: Enhance and scale our design system for consistency and accessibility.
- Mentor & Inspire: Guide junior designers and promote a culture of innovation and excellence.
Requirements
- 5+ years in UX/UI design, ideally in enterprise environments.
- Skilled in Figma and other prototyping tools; strong grasp of accessibility, data visualization, and complex workflows.
- Proven ability to align design decisions with business goals and present to leadership.
- Familiarity with front-end processes and incorporating analytics into design.
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about innovation.
Nice-to-haves
- Strong UX foundations and ability to translate requirements into elegant interfaces.
- Proficiency in modern design tools and principles.
- Degree in design or equivalent experience.
