  • Design, build, and maintain scalable back-end systems and microservices with a heavy focus on data processing and engineering.
  • Develop ETL/ELT pipelines, data validation, cleaning, de-duplication, and quality assurance processes.
  • Collaborate with front-end and back-end engineers to deliver polished solutions that meet customer and business needs.
  • Ensure software solutions are robust, maintainable, and secure, following best practices in DevSecOps.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and high-quality work.
  • Continuously evaluate and implement innovative solutions to improve system performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Extensive experience in back-end and distributed systems engineering.
  • Strong expertise in data engineering, including handling large-scale datasets and building data pipelines.
  • Proficiency with relevant tools and technologies such as Go, Python, AWS, Terraform, PostgreSQL, S3, Dagster, Redis, Snowflake, and MongoDB.
  • Experience with containerized and serverless environments (e.g., Docker, AWS Lambda).
  • Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, data warehouses, and data lakes.
  • Mastery of Agile development practices, TDD, CI/CD, and security/compliance protocols.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Adaptable, curious, and able to balance short-term execution with long-term goals.
  • Competitive salary range: $170,000 - $190,000 annually.
