We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to work onsite in Huntsville, AL. This position requires an active Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility.

  • The Software Engineer will have experience and will be responsible for working across the ART to implement and maintain a standardized CI/CD pipeline for use by all of the Product Teams within the RA ART, across two development sites.
  • The software engineer will be required to work closely with the Cyber and Platforms ART to ensure that the tools and applications within the pipeline and maintained and conform to security and other requirements.
  • Must possess IAT Level II certification.
  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued SECRET security clearance is required prior to start date. (with SCI eligibility)
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
  • Experience working within classified environments to implement CI/CD pipelines to support multiple sw releases and build versions.
  • Experience with all or some of Git, Nexus, Jenkins, Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience with CI/CD especially in a classified development environment.
  • Experience working with DEVSECOPS.
  • Experience with Linux shell scripting, Ansible playbook development and management, Security-Enhanced (SE) Linux and Red Hat repository administration.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Experience working with Missile Defense Agency.
  • Previous experience on the C2BMC Program.
  • Experience using Linux system administration, System Security Implementations.
  • Knowledge of Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG), Multi-Factor Authentication implementation like IPA and ADFS, OpenShift, OpenStack, VMware ESXI, QAS/VAS, Windows, Active Directory, Backup and Recovery, Containers and Container Orchestration products.
