The GoFundMe team is searching for our next Sr Software Engineer to join our Integrations team to help manage our industry-leading Salesforce integrations with Nonprofit Cloud (NPC) and Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP). This role will play a critical part in driving seamless connectivity between our internal systems and external platforms, enabling our customers to operate efficiently and view all their data in one place.
Responsibilities
- Manage Salesforce integrations with Nonprofit Cloud and Nonprofit Success Pack.
- Develop custom user interfaces using Lightning pages, Aura Components, and LWC.
- Utilize Salesforce APIs for integrating third-party systems.
- Package low-code automations such as Flows/Templates.
- Adhere to Salesforce development lifecycle and best practices.
- Write and maintain test classes and unit testing.
- Optimize existing code for performance and scalability.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Apex Programming Language, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
- Experience with Salesforce REST, SOAP, BULK, Metadata, and Fundraising APIs.
- Experience with Nonprofit Cloud or NPSP.
- Expertise in Salesforce development lifecycle and managed package best practices.
Nice-to-haves
- Proficient in designing and implementing high-volume integrations with Salesforce.
- Experience with ETL patterning for data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, SOAP services, and bulk data processing techniques.
- Strong knowledge of Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, and/or Java.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
