About the position

As a Sr. Software Engineer on the Agreement Experiences Team, you will own and develop multiple consumer-facing features centered around document interactions. Your contributions will include writing and owning front-end and back-end code into multiple codebases/products. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Manager, Engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Develop performant UI and API code using technologies like React.js and GraphQL
  • Integrate seamlessly with Tier 0 services within the Docusign ecosystem
  • Collaborate effectively with Engineering, Product, User Experience, and Customer Support teams to create relevant software solutions for partners and customers
  • Champion and improve development and deployment processes by advocating for best practices and conducting thorough code reviews
  • Provide developer support to address and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years of industry experience in Software Development (fullstack)
  • 4+ years of hands on experience with ReactJS and TypeScript
  • Experience with public cloud (Azure or AWS)
  • 1+ years of experience with API design in any OOP language (C#/Java/Node.js)

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge and experience in high-scale, highly available (99.99+) systems
  • Experience with Microsoft technology stack (C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC), XML, JSON or Databases
  • Experience with Angular.JS
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure
