About the position
As a Sr. Software Engineer on the Agreement Experiences Team, you will own and develop multiple consumer-facing features centered around document interactions. Your contributions will include writing and owning front-end and back-end code into multiple codebases/products. Responsibilities
- Develop performant UI and API code using technologies like React.js and GraphQL
- Integrate seamlessly with Tier 0 services within the Docusign ecosystem
- Collaborate effectively with Engineering, Product, User Experience, and Customer Support teams to create relevant software solutions for partners and customers
- Champion and improve development and deployment processes by advocating for best practices and conducting thorough code reviews
- Provide developer support to address and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of industry experience in Software Development (fullstack)
- 4+ years of hands on experience with ReactJS and TypeScript
- Experience with public cloud (Azure or AWS)
- 1+ years of experience with API design in any OOP language (C#/Java/Node.js)
Nice-to-haves
- Knowledge and experience in high-scale, highly available (99.99+) systems
- Experience with Microsoft technology stack (C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC), XML, JSON or Databases
- Experience with Angular.JS
- Experience with Microsoft Azure
