Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of products and systems end-to-end.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product architecture and technical roadmap.
  • Improve technical quality on the team by giving detailed technical feedback on blueprints and in code review.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of delivering production systems.
  • Expertise in technical problem solving, data modeling and API development.
  • Curiosity to deeply understand business context and user needs.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability when owning tasks and deliverables.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas in writing.
  • Collaborative nature with humility, empathy, and a drive to elevate those around you with thoughtful technical feedback.
