As a Senior Software Engineer at Zoom, you will be responsible for developing the social integration with Zoom Contact Center, implementing the message protocol transforming for Zoom Contact Center chat channel, and developing related services for the Zoom Contact Center video channel. You will also create real-time data and historical analytics reports services to help customers better understand their Contact Center's service levels, wait times, call volume, and more. Additionally, you will develop a co-browse service that allows agents and end customers to securely and simultaneously navigate and interact with the same web page. Your role will involve optimizing services for availability, performance, and scalability, as well as handling customer tickets and troubleshooting issues.
