We are looking for a talented individual to join CLEAResult as a Senior Software QA Engineer! As a Senior Software QA Engineer you are part of the IT delivery team and roll out internal products to clients for Energy Efficiency programs! This is a hybrid role requiring 2 times a week in office for candidates in the Greater Atlanta Area. Candidates must be based in the Greater Atlanta Area or Eastern Time Zone to be considered.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and maintain test automation frameworks
- Introduce and recommend enhancing the Quality Assurance Framework by bringing knowledge of industry best practices
- Work closely with the project team to lead the development and execution of test strategies, test plans and test scripts
- Formalize testing procedures and utilize the established communication channels to solicit and provide feedback on the QA process
- Review project requirements and determine the scope of QA processes
- Track, analyze, and record all deviations from documented software functionality or product requirements
- Report critical issues to project leaders and work with developers to resolve all issues
- Lead the selection of tools/software used in the QA and automation processes
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing
- Review all QA/UAT documentation for technical accuracy
- Coach junior QA Engineers
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree with 7+ years equivalent experience
- 7+ years of Software Testing/QA experience
- Experience in developing test scripts and test automation on a variety of operating systems and database platforms
- Experience leading demos to internal and external clients
- An in-depth knowledge of industry-standard quality assurance methods
- Experience testing Salesforce, ETL, CMS, PaaS, and eCommerce technologies
- The ability to manage the QA Phase for multiple concurrent projects
- The ability to lead and partner with offshore testing team
- Solid group facilitation and communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and Agile Methodology
