About the position

EY, a global leader operating in more than 150 countries delivers unparalleled service in Consulting and assists clients to transform and upskill their capabilities. We are committed to doing our part in building a better working world for our people, our clients and our communities. And we are united by our shared values and a dedication to delivering exceptional client service. Looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer with a sharp eye for detail, a strong product sense, and a healthy appetite for tackling complex problems. You'll lead design projects from discovery to delivery, mentor junior designers, and play a key role in shaping our product's direction. You'll join our Product & Design team to help shape how people interact with our digital products — from ideation to high-fidelity prototyping and design handoff.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end design for complex features and flows, from research to high-fidelity delivery.
  • Conduct and synthesize user research, turning insights into actionable solutions.
  • Collaborate daily with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Designers to ship delightful, consistent user experiences.
  • Drive and maintain design systems and design processes at a high standard.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level designers, providing thoughtful critique and guidance.
  • Prototype, test, and iterate ideas rapidly, balancing vision with constraints.
  • Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
  • Ensure accessibility and inclusive design principles are baked into every deliverable.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in product-led organizations.
  • Mastery of Figma and prototyping tools (smart components, variables, design tokens, etc.).
  • Proven experience working on responsive, multi-platform products.
  • Solid grasp of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
  • Experience with design systems: creating, scaling, maintaining.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills — you bring people along, not just designs.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and complexity with grace.
  • Leadership mindset: you care about design craft, but also about growing the team and the culture.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with motion design / micro-interactions.
  • Basic coding skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Familiarity with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.).

Benefits

  • Hybrid/remote-friendly culture
  • Professional development (courses, books, conferences)
  • A fun, driven, and feedback-rich environment
  • Access to real users and meaningful projects
  • A chance to grow with a fast-paced, high-impact team
