About the position

As a Senior UX Designer at Koddi, you'll own how Koddi's products look, feel, and work. You will collaborate closely with our product managers, engineers, and client services teams to craft elegant and beautiful experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert on the needs of Koddi's customers and our competitive landscape
• Help to lead the design process from conceptualization to implementation, including creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
• Conduct user research and usability testing to both inform and validate design concepts
• Build cross-functional alignment around your designs and design decisions
• Hold the line on fit, finish, polish and craft
• Make Koddi's products so much better that the difference can be seen from space

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, particularly in SaaS, Marketing, or business intelligence
• Strong portfolio that shows a deep understanding of onboarding & dashboarding (or similar), and ability to incorporate feedback & revise
• Comfortable working and presenting with Figma, and can create variables & dynamic components to supercharge the design process
• Excited to be a part of making our UX processes better (design crits, retros, kickoff meetings, etc.)
• Highly collaborative - We can figure things out together!
• A storyteller: comfortable showcasing your process with authority
• Execution focused: able to get stuff done no matter what
