About the position

The Shift Manager plays a crucial role in the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that each shift runs smoothly while providing exceptional customer service. This position involves supporting the management team and assisting team members with performance and training initiatives, all while fostering a positive work environment and maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Operate the restaurant on a day-to-day basis as a Shift Manager.
• Assist the management team in ensuring smooth operations during each shift.
• Support team members through performance and training initiatives.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least six months of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
