This position requires experience in deck and fence building, as well as the ability to effectively communicate and plan ahead.

Responsibilities

• Build decks and fences with care and precision.
• Handle daily planning and communication through email and our software.
• Help maintain an efficient, positive workflow.

Requirements

• Experience in deck and fence building is a must.
• Comfort using online project management tools.
• A valid driver's license is required (a truck is a plus, with mileage reimbursement available).
• Ability to plan ahead and come prepared with materials and tools.

Nice-to-haves

• Welding experience is a bonus but not required.
