Under direction of the Brand Marketing Director, the Digital Advertising & Social Media Marketing Manager is responsible for performance-driven digital media strategy, planning, production & implementation, with the primary goal of maximizing lead generation and signed cases, while building brand affinity.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute and manage digital marketing for the firm, including paid and owned, SEM, social media, branded content and influencer marketing; collaborate with internal digital team members on SEO, keyword strategy and eCRM
  • Develop, implement and monitor campaign budgets and ROI; liaise with third parties like digital agencies and software vendors to optimize channels, bidding and targeting strategies
  • Manage all social media platforms, functions and activities; from channel strategy and content development to video production and designing/writing posts
  • Develop the firm's content and influencer strategy and implement via relevant content that can be leveraged across multiple channels
  • Develop a content calendar for social and digital marketing activities, including planning, production and posting schedules
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders as well as external partners to ensure consistency in strategy, tone and message, as well as adherence to brand guidelines
  • Oversee social and digital reporting, working closely with data science and media partners to develop KPIs, metrics, analytics, reporting and optimization strategy
  • Champion new ideas and push for innovation to break through the competitive landscape, while maintaining expertise on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices

  • Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software
  • Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments
  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) from a 4 year university
  • 5+ years of experience with record of digital marketing background
  • Demonstrable experience in implementing and designing digital marketing campaigns
