  • Engage in pair programming and peer reviews to navigate advanced coding challenges, fuel innovative ideas, and refine groundbreaking methodologies.
  • Dive into analytics, user research, and feedback from the in-house community team to glean insights that elevate product usability and encourage new possibilities.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, web design, or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of demonstrated expertise in constructing and deploying web applications or interactive websites.
  • Deep understanding of front and back-end development technologies, including JavaScript libraries like React, Java, and NodeJS.
  • Established track record of delivering robust and intricate user interfaces.
  • Profound knowledge of web technologies, encompassing the DOM, web security, asynchrony, workers, and performance optimization.
  • Familiar with a variety of cloud and automation concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Experience with developing, observing, and operating products using hyper-scaled public clouds such as Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity or prior experience with Video Ads.
  • Familiarity or prior experience building AI/ML applications, especially AI Agents.
  • Familiarity with Single SPA, Micro frontend, and similar concepts.
  • Competitive salary range of $133,900 -- $242,000 annually, depending on location and experience.
  • Potential eligibility for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
  • Short-term incentives in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) for non-sales roles.
