About the position

APPLE INC has the following available in Seattle, Washington. Manage a team of application security engineers who build services, libraries and tools that will be leveraged by engineering teams. Provide technical or security leadership and expertise on product development strategy, architecture, design and code optimization. Design and develop platform level solutions to promote security related initiatives and improvements that are leveraged by a large number of teams. Identify opportunities to improve security posture through tools and automation. Drive projects from design concepts to development to production. Contribute to hands on development. Manage collaboration with other Security and Engineering teams. Supervise 5 Application Security Engineers. 40 hours/week.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Assurance or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
  • 1 year of experience with Application Security Software Development.
  • 1 year of experience with Secure SDLC.
  • 1 year of experience with Team Management.
  • 1 year of experience with SQL and NoSQL Databases.
  • 1 year of experience with Cybersecurity.
