The Software Engineer III will develop, configure, and maintain the Salesforce platform to support Customer Relationship Management within Retail Technology. The role involves managing and implementing workflows, user experience enhancements, capabilities, and data integration within the Salesforce platform. The engineer will attend Agile ceremonies and actively collaborate with business partners and the team to translate user stories into actionable tasks and bodies of work. Participation in daily stand-ups and other meetings is essential to ensure comprehensive attendance. The engineer will complete all necessary testing, development, and configuration tasks required for the user stories assigned and ensure compliance of the Salesforce platform with internal control standards.
