As a Software Engineer Lead within PNC's Consumer Lending Originations Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Birmingham, AL, or Dallas, TX. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion. ***PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.***
Responsibilities
- Partners with enterprise architecture to understand the enterprise capability model and create end to end test plans across all business domains.
- Performs end to end traceability of upstream capabilities, to downstream capabilities, for end-to-end testing and partner integration testing.
- Participates in the business requirements and solution design review meetings.
- Designs and executes partner integration testing between client and external entities - both upstream and downstream, to the client application landscape.
- Analyze current infrastructure business processes across the enterprise to identify opportunities for automation.
- Define and document automation processes, best practices, automation frameworks, and oversee implementation/adoption.
- Collaborate with various teams to strategize and align long term solution for automation including roadmap, tools, framework and approach.
- Define automation processes to fill the gaps between the as-is processes and industry standard best practices.
- Infrastructure automation through DevOps scripting (e.g. Python).
Requirements
- Proficiency in Quality Assurance Leadership, Kafka, Elastic, Test Automation, Java, Gherkins, Selenium, CI/CD, web services (Restful and SOAP), Mongo DB, and Oracle, and DevOps tools (like GitHub, Jenkins).
- 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
- Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience.
