This role offers an exciting opportunity to design, develop, and maintain complex software systems that support mission-critical operations.   • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex software systems, ensuring compatibility with hardware, communications, and functional requirements.
  • Formulate and define specifications for new software or modify existing applications using engineering releases and manufacturer utilities.
  • Provide top-level technical expertise, including in-depth software systems programming, analysis, and troubleshooting.
  • Design architectures that support present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces, adhering to open systems and DoD standards.
  • Evaluate hardware and software options to meet functional and technical requirements, including updates and upgrades.
  • Develop high-level system design diagrams, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
  • Instruct, direct, and review the work of other personnel, ensuring quality assurance standards are met.
  • Assist in all phases of software systems programming applications and contribute to special projects as needed.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in systems engineering and software development.
  • Experience with MicroStrategy or other Business Intelligence platforms, analytics, data modeling, and dashboard design.
  • Knowledge of modern security solutions, including blockchain or related cryptographic technologies.
  • Relevant technical certification from a nationally recognized authority.
  • Active Secret Clearance required.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in office-based and collaborative environments, including occasional travel to client sites.
  • Physical ability to perform office tasks, including prolonged sitting, computer work, and lifting 15–25 pounds.
