About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist will report to the Digital Marketing Manager and will be responsible for leading all digital marketing efforts, including research, strategy, and implementation of emerging forms of digital media, social media, and paid online advertising. The role involves multi-media planning, campaign execution, and collaboration with various teams to drive sales and enhance brand awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all digital marketing efforts including research, strategy, and implementation.
  • Manage multi-media planning such as campaign build out and scheduling.
  • Oversee SEM campaigns, OTA deliverables, creative execution, and website performance.
  • Collaborate with creative teams, agencies, and vendors for continuous improvement.
  • Work with revenue management to drive sales through various channels.
  • Create tags and upload digital marketing assets to the AdServer.
  • Develop, execute, measure, and optimize digital advertising, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Generate reports to analyze ROI performance of campaigns.
  • Plan and execute all Social Casino initiatives in collaboration with Hard Rock International.
  • Build and maintain all social media platforms.
  • Create mobile and social media campaign strategies.
  • Write content for the company blog.
  • Support other key marketing efforts as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing/advertising, communications, journalism, or business administration.
  • Minimum of three (3) years experience in a similar position.
  • Three (3) years experience working with social media sites.
  • Experience with Photoshop, InDesign, and other graphic/production software.
  • Experience in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEO/SEM knowledge, Google DoubleClick adserver, and Tag Manager.
  • Experience in customer relationship management (CRM).
  • Experience in content management system (CMS).
  • Experience with HTML.
  • Understanding of pixel implementation and tracking URLs.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Fourwinds.
  • At least 3 years direct marketing, advertising, copywriting, and brand marketing experience.
  • At least 1 year of social media/web 2.0 experience as an online marketer.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of mobile, emerging, and social media.
  • Experience in leveraging social media platforms for advertising campaigns.
