Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain essential relationships with Marketing & Communications Operating Leadership team
  • Partner with VP and leadership team to develop strong understanding of Marketing & Communications strategy and investment priorities
  • Establish and drive key metrics and financial analysis- helping the operators assess reach, conversion, efficiency, trend forecasting, industry benchmarks, in house vs out of house / build vs buy analysis, and overall investment allocation
  • Help assess areas for efficiency both operational and financial
  • Streamline reporting across Media Group Marketing, ensuring consistency; assess opportunities to reduce manual work and automate
  • Responsible for overseeing day to day marketing budget management across the Media Group (Peacock, Bravo, NBC, & Sports) including pacing, close, estimates, junior team

Requirements

  • 7+ years' experience in a finance role (operational finance experience required)
  • Solid experience with Executive Presentations
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint User
  • Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP to help guide the team and drive new reporting as needed
