We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Program Manager to join our team in San Jose, CA. This role will support the Business Strategy & Operations B2B Marketing & Product Marketing group. The ideal candidate will work under the guidance of the Group Manager and contribute to driving impactful marketing initiatives and customer engagement strategies.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to support large-scale campaigns that drive significant customer engagement. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing goals with business objectives and ensure effective campaign delivery. * Manage and oversee marketing programs, including product launches, customer acquisition, and brand awareness initiatives. * Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns. * Lead strategic planning efforts to enhance marketing operations and customer experience. * Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high-impact marketing projects.
Qualifications
* Over 5 years of experience in marketing management, with a strong focus on B2B marketing and customer engagement (preferred). * Proven track record in developing and implementing large-scale marketing campaigns. * Excellent strategic planning, leadership, and cross-functional team management skills. * Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics to measure campaign success. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. * BS in Business Administration/Marketing or related field (preferred).
