About the position

The Sr Mgr, Digital Sales Technologies and Retail Execution at Mondelēz International is responsible for leading the digital transformation and adoption of digital technologies within sales and retail execution. This role focuses on partnering with stakeholders to drive growth, ensuring the stability of execution systems, building strategic roadmaps, and promoting data-driven decision-making across the organization. The position aims to enhance digital experiences and foster a culture of agile growth and innovation within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with key business stakeholders to identify opportunities for adoption of digital technologies to drive differentiation and growth.
  • Ensure stability and reliability of the retail execution systems by collaborating with Operations, AMS, and DevOps teams.
  • Execute on Mondelez digital agenda in alignment with regional business unit needs and strategic business plans.
  • Leverage knowledge of market trends and innovation possibilities to build the strategic roadmap and portfolio.
  • Provide thought leadership on data & digital topics in sales execution across the region.
  • Champion data-driven thinking within the organization to build knowledge around sales data and activate initiatives.
  • Work closely with Product Managers to build product backlogs and roadmaps based on user feedback.
  • Continuously upgrade technical skills and stay updated with Sales-tech trends.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years overall Technology experience preferably in CPG industry with 4-5 years specifically within Digital sales, Customer experience and retail execution Solutions.
  • Experience in working in major CPG organization(s), specifically on sales and supply chain process.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, and/or Business Administration.
  • Solid understanding of CPG business and ability to monitor emerging business, market, and technology trends.
  • Experience in Sales, Omnichannel retail, Digital commerce, and customer solutions on platforms such as Salesforce and SAP S/4.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience using Agile delivery methods and advanced program/project management methodologies.
  • Exposure to integration platforms such as MuleSoft.
  • Ability to analyze metrics & data to help with business growth.
