As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll work on the cutting edge of cloud & AI technology as you scope and lead complex technical projects, laying the groundwork for early-stage products to iterate and scale. You'll help to design, build, and maintain user-facing experiences, APIs, scalable distributed services, and systems - driving software engineering best practices and delivering high quality software on tight schedules.   • Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to solve business problems through full stack software solutions.
  • Design and develop high-quality software across the stack, including frontend interfaces, backend services, and distributed systems.
  • Work with architects and product managers to translate system architecture and product requirements into well-implemented software components.
  • Take ownership of individual software components with a focus on quality, maintainability, and test-driven development.
  • Participate in design and code reviews, offering constructive feedback and learning from peers.
  • Build, test, deploy, and maintain full stack solutions that improve performance, scalability, and security.
  • Apply software engineering best practices to ensure high standards across all deliverables.
  • Continuously learn and adopt new technologies and development practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • 6+ years of professional software development experience, including full stack development.
  • 3+ years of experience building scalable, distributed systems and cloud-native applications using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, Java, Python) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience contributing to system design and architecture discussions.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor junior engineers and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • 8+ years of experience including 2+ years working with big data systems, analytics platforms, containerized microservices, serverless functions, and event-driven architectures.
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience designing and implementing full stack systems using AWS technologies.
  • Experience working directly with end users or customers to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Familiarity with testing automation, CI/CD pipelines, and performance optimization across the stack.
  • Experience supporting production deployments and maintaining system reliability.
  • Understanding of deployment models including public cloud and hybrid infrastructure.
  • Ability to document and communicate software designs and development plans.
  • Experience working within Agile development processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
