Responsibilities
- Define and implement technical strategy for infrastructure platforms supporting digital and fiat asset movement.
- Architect core services and APIs that ensure reliable, compliant, and efficient transfers across chains and external providers.
- Lead cross-team projects to enhance system performance, observability, security, and developer experience.
- Collaborate with staff engineers, tech leads, product, and operations partners to drive organizational improvements.
- Foster a culture of technical leadership, transparency, and high engineering standards.
- Mentor engineers at all levels to improve system health and adopt best practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience building and scaling distributed systems in high-growth technology environments.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical initiatives from concept to delivery.
- Deep expertise in designing and implementing large-scale, high-performance systems.
- Strong experience with microservices architecture and cloud-native technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and elevate technical excellence across teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical decisions organization-wide.
- Experience building automation systems and improving operational efficiency.
- Familiarity using AI tools to enhance engineering workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
