Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions.
- Provide technical leadership on high-impact projects and manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Train and deploy text classification systems, fine-tune and distill large language models (LLMs) and explore ML techniques to enhance troubleshooting accuracy.
- Design and implement systems for collecting user feedback, processing data sources (e.g., logs, metrics, documentation), and creating high-quality datasets for ML training.
- Analyze model performance, identify quality gaps, and propose data-driven solutions to enhance troubleshooting effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
- Experience with Machine Learning, System Design, and Data Analysis.
Nice-to-haves
- Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 8 years of experience with data structures/algorithms.
- 3 years of experience working in an organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.
- Experience with Generative AI Agent, Problem Solving, and Collaboration.
Benefits
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $197,000-$291,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
