Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the technical vision and architecture for Miter’s core systems and product lines.
  • Lead cross-team initiatives to tackle our most difficult and ambiguous engineering challenges.
  • Actively find new ways to elevate the engineering organization through mentorship, design reviews, and other tooling/process improvements.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience, including technical leadership experience in roles.
  • Deep expertise in system architecture, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Curiosity to explore emerging technologies and push technical boundaries in line with business needs.
  • Proven ability to influence technical direction across multiple teams and products.
  • Ability to lead with humility while driving consensus and high standards.
