About the position

The Crew position at Speedway offers entry-level opportunities with flexible full-time and part-time schedules. This role involves cash handling, fuel transactions, cleaning, stocking, and foodservice tasks, with a strong emphasis on customer service and teamwork. Employees will receive training to excel in their roles and contribute to a positive store environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash transactions and fuel transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Stock shelves and ensure product availability.
• Prepare food items and ensure foodservice safety.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote the Speedy Rewards loyalty program.
• Follow health code guidelines and maintain a safe environment.
• Multi-task and manage various responsibilities throughout the shift.

Requirements

• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Ability to ensure proper food preparation and presentation.
• Excellence in cash handling and fuel transactions.
• Ability to follow health code guidelines.
• Ability to multi-task and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

• Previous cashier, customer service, retail, or foodservice experience is a plus.
