The Student to Work program at Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is designed for passionate and creative cosmetology students who are within 90 days of graduating or recent graduates. This innovative program provides a pathway to becoming a licensed stylist through mentorship, hands-on experience, and professional development in a supportive salon environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage in a 90-day mentorship program, offering valuable observation and hands-on experience.
• Participate in new hire orientation classes, focusing on observing and practicing styling, color techniques, and honing skills on mannequins.
• Sharpen clipper cutting and fading skills through advanced classes tailored to enhance expertise.

Requirements

• Must be a cosmetology student within 90 days of graduating or a recent graduate.
