About the position

As a Subcontracts Administrator at GDIT, you will play a crucial role in supporting the subcontract life cycle, including the development, negotiation, and administration of various agreements such as Non-Disclosure Agreements and Subcontracts. Your expertise will help advance the mission and optimize business strategies while ensuring compliance with client requirements and company policies. This position allows for remote work and requires strong communication and contract administration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, negotiate, and administer assigned NDAs, TAs, Subcontracts, and other related agreements in accordance with client requirements and GDIT policies.
  • Participate in the capture process, including pricing and scheduling strategy, and coordinate communications between subcontract stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely processing of subcontract negotiations for fair and reasonable pricing and terms with input from relevant stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain compliant audit files in accordance with customer requirements and GDIT policies.
  • Provide advice and interpretation of subcontract requirements and generate reports for stakeholders as required.
  • Serve as a liaison between the program team and subcontractor regarding contracting issues, escalating potential issues to management.
  • Coordinate with program managers and matrixed organizations to ensure subcontract requirements are fulfilled.
  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant subcontract procedures and practices, providing guidance to less-experienced subcontract administrators.
  • Initiate and maintain an extensive network of communication with both internal and external customers.
  • Document all actions in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and company policy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of related experience in Subcontracts Administration, or 6+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Intermediate to advanced skill level with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio) and SharePoint.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, terms, conditions, and policies governing assigned subcontracts, including FAR, DFAR, and CAS.
