Responsibilities

  • Architect the Demand Machine: Design, build, and optimize a cutting-edge, data-driven demand engine that consistently fuels our pipeline across every stage of the buyer's journey.
  • Accelerate Customer Acquisition: Scale our demand generation 2-3x by exploring new channels, expanding our team, and leveraging your deep expertise in digital marketing and modern lead generation technologies.
  • Elevate Our Brand Voice: Bolster our thought leadership, amplify our media presence, cultivate analyst relations, and leverage compelling customer stories to solidify Redzone's credibility and market leadership.
  • Unite with Sales: Forge a tight partnership with the sales organization, defining critical, shared KPIs that directly drive pipeline, revenue, and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Optimize the Customer Journey: Collaborate cross-functionally to develop comprehensive customer lifecycle programs that enhance engagement, drive adoption, and cultivate powerful advocates.
  • Empower with Tech: Strategically optimize our marketing tech stack to create scalable, repeatable processes and maximize team efficiency and impact.
  • Lead & Inspire: Cultivate, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and relentless pursuit of excellence.

  • Base Pay range: $250,000 - $300,000 Annually (12 Months)
  • Position eligible for Corporate Annual Bonus Plan
