About the position

The Talent Acquisition Partner at Takeda Pharmaceuticals is responsible for full-life cycle recruiting for commercial positions across the United States. This role involves collaborating with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to source and select high-quality talent, leading search strategies, and acting as a Talent Advisor to guide hiring managers through the recruitment process. The position emphasizes a data-driven approach to recruitment and aims to enhance Takeda's reputation as a top employer while ensuring compliance with legal regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to source and select high-quality talent.
  • Lead end-to-end search strategy and execution with a focus on metric-driven assignments.
  • Act as a Talent Advisor, fostering relationships with key stakeholders and hiring managers.
  • Facilitate 'Recruiting Strategy' intake meetings to set expectations and deliverables.
  • Conduct comprehensive talent sourcing and pipelining.
  • Consult on diversity recruitment goals and ensure diverse candidate slates.
  • Provide counsel on candidate assessment, compensation recommendations and negotiations, and market trends.
  • Maintain external focus: stay informed of labor market trends and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all required legal & compliance regulations and reporting related to Takeda's hiring activities.
  • Identify recruitment challenges and provide feedback to enhance processes.
  • Build Takeda's reputation as a top employer through social, events, and candidate engagement marketing.
  • Support and drive talent process improvements, leveraging data and technology to enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Meet staffing metrics including Time-to-Fill, Cost-Per-Hire, Hiring Manager Satisfaction, Candidate Satisfaction and Quality of Hire.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of professional recruitment experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing the candidate process
  • Proven experience in managing sales builds within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical sales landscape and key talent pools
  • A data-oriented approach to recruitment
  • Proficient with or ability to learn HR databases and applicant tracking software (Workday)
